I wax, but that's because it's not as painful compared to threading I believe. I get mine waxed at benefit in the mall. Omg they are perfect every time!!

Threading! It's safer, and it honestly hurts the same as waxing. People are scared of it and exaggerate but honestly it's the same. The pain doesn't last that long.

I had never plucked or waxed or done anything to my eyebrows till recently and I got my eyebrows threaded and I love it! It just makes your eyes watery but its not very painful :)

Threading is better
It doesn't rip off a layer of your skin like waxing does and it lasts longer than plucking
Doesn't even hurt that bad if you're used to plucking hair

Threading hurts! lol it might just be my pain tolerance! It's like ripping off all the hairs at once lol. But threading looks a lot better in my opinion much softer

I think threading is better because it gets more of the hairs than waxing in my personal opinion, and it does hurt but it doesn't hurt a lot

How interesting that this same question got very different answers about 2 years ago. I personally prefer threading but have been doing it for the last 10 years so I'm sure my skin and pain tolerance has gotten used to it. I haven't waxed since about 3 years ago and it was only because you was living in Kansas and threading salons were very rare. However, I broke out something fierce just along the waxed area and I didn't wear makeup for a few days to help it heal.

They are the same thing essentially. Waxing pulls the hairs out all at once whereas threading pulls them out one by one. There's nothing more better than the other. They are both painful and give you the same results.

I hated getting my eyebrows threaded! It hurt so much worse than waxing and it took a lot longer. So instead of the pain being over in a few seconds I had to sit there for 10 minutes while they threaded my eyebrows. I will never, ever get them threaded again.

Threading is better for the long run meaning waxing pulls the skin and will cause the sagging to occur when aging much quicker..
