I found going from brown to blonde pretty easy when I did it, I'd suggest 20vol peroxide and bleach powder, you'd probably have to bleach twice (not in one day, leave it for at least two weeks before bleaching after the first time) also during that time try to wash your hair less frequently to let the natural oils in your hair build up again, bleach strips all that so you'll need to be using moisturising and deep conditioning products during the lightening process, maybe twice a week with a deep conditioning treatment. After that you'll be looking for toning products to cancel out any brassy tones or unwarned yellow tones, you'll need to get either a toner or a purple shampoo. Personally I use purple shampoo, I like the Avon "for grey hair" shampoo in particular because unlike other purple shampoos it has a blue base but is still purple so I've found it helps remove both orange and yellow tones all at once. Hope that helped a little but :)
