Umm dimethicone is a silicone which can clog your pores but in this amount I don't think it's harmful.

Oh and methylparaben and propyl paraben are bad too. But overall compared to other creams it's ok ;)

It's meant to help lighten my undereye dark circles, according to the lady at the shop.
And I already know it doesn't contain bleach...

It uses antioxidants to brighten and multi vitamins so it's much better than the typical skin brightening cream which uses hydroquinone ,thats not good for your skin, the only warning I would give is that because your using it by your eye area and this is also a face cream if it irritates your eyes in any way to discontinue use,and also sometime women of color skin reacts different to brightening products because of our pigmentation problems so just be aware of that while using it you want a even skin tone you don't want your under eye area way lighter than your skin

I second Traci as I follow the same program for skincare...antioxidants and multi vitamin serums and creams keep my skin in check. Whenever I use my RoC Retinol Cream I apply under my eyes...just a very tiny amount since the undereye area is very thin. It hasn't completed faded my dark undereyes but it has definitely been a help. The 'cones in the product listed below sit pretty low on the ingredients list so it won't have much of a skin clogging effect. I would tread carefully with this one as Traci suggested.
