If you take a long time, I would pack a snack or prepare breakfast or something the night before, and start your morning getting ready.

Practice really. The more you do it the quicker you'll get. I personally like multitasking products (like lip and cheek tints) and streamlining my routine (eg: I don't contour everyday, only when I have time) I also tend to have breakfast on the go while I'm on the bus or train.

You can also try getting up earlier. Prep as much as you can the night before. Set out your clothes, wash your hair and set the style (depending on what you do with your hair), set out your makeup so it is all ready for you.

Streamlining is good. You really don't need a full face for school, so pick a feature and focus on it (e.g. eyes, lips).

Try getting up earlier - if you know how long it takes you to get ready then get up earlier n have everything done before you ear breakfast - when I was in grade school I woke up at 5am to get ready for school - took me an hour to shower n get ready n then walk to the bus stop that arrived around 6:30am got the school around 6:45 and school started at 7am - after school I still was involved in lots of clubs and tennis and dance team usually didn't get home until 7-9 PM and fell asleep around 10-11pm then got up at 5am the next day to do it all over again : P I have no idea how I had so much energy to do all that but I did haha.

The night before, look at the weather for the next day and pick out an outfit that will be appropriate for the weather. Then, when you wake up, immediately put the clothes on, and go eat breakfast before you do your makeup and hair. I love to listen to music in the morning, it helps make me awake. If you're like me, eating breakfast makes me feel sick. So I always pack a small breakfast (like a handful of fruit and a nut bar with a water) the night before and I eat that when I walk to school. I shower at night, and I braid my hair so I the morning it's wavy and I set it with a texturizing spray. It's like my signature hair look. Or if I didn't wash my hair the night before, I'll straighten it at night, and when I wake up I'll touch up my hair and put dry shampoo in. For makeup, it takes me a good 25 minutes. And then I'm out the door! I usually take an hour to get ready. I wake up at 5:30 and leave at 6:30 :)

Pick some outfits/clothes to chose from the night before, and definitely get up earlier. I got up at 6am, and school started at 8:30. Also, I know I move kind of slow in the morning, so I try to speed walk, speed things rather than just slumming through them. Also, because I never have the time or patience to perfect my eyeliner in one swoop, I do my eyeliner, and perfect and shape it with a makeup remover covered q-tip.
