It's different for everyone. Supposedly the shoulder and back of the shoulder hurt and that's where I got my first tattoo and it honesty didn't hurt at all. No one can tell you how it's going to be.

It differs from person to person although generally some places hurt worse than others. I'll go find a chart to give you an idea.

I have a tattoo on my spine and personally it didn't hurt at all. I don't think thigh tattoos would hurt either! Go for it! :)
