Should I go to the dermatologist again? I've gone two times and the first time he prescribed me with epiduo. It didn't do anything besides dry out my face terribly. The second time he gave me clindamycin phosphate topical gel and benzoyl peroxide. That didn't do much for me either, it only worked for my active breakouts. When I say active breakouts, I mean I have a lot of pimples that never go away, they're always there(. Also, I have some things that look like pimples, but they are colorless, tiny bumps. So would you recommend going to the dermatologist again, or do you know of anything that can clear my pimples that haven't gone away for years?

I definitely agree what @Greyson said. Plus Dove isn't a safe soap like the commercials say. Dove have chemicals that can harm our body's. Not safe at all. And if what Greyson say doesn't work out -It should- Find a new Dermatologist. If he keep perscribing you these creams , or gels , and it is not working you need a new one.

@Jacqlyn yes , even though its her choice , why keep going to the same Dermatologist and he is giving you prescriptions thats making your face worse.

Thats good! I wouldn't know what to do if I was you , your tough as hell. But here is another note : Not everyones skin is the same , therefore some of the stuff that's on her face can NEVERA work. But thats amazing example though.

What we all needa do is figure out what skin type you are Dyanna and maybe we all can try to help you but I wouldn't go back to him/her and the stuff he is prescribing you isn't working. Just a waste of time.

Okay I will keep using it, and do you think I should use the benzoyl peroxide too? I do have sensitive skin, but I've used it before and it did dry out my skin, but not as bad as the epiduo did to me.

Your acne don't even look bad at all. If you just tried the stuff , you need to give it time to work. Thats where a lot of people go wrong in. They try it on , wait for 24 or 48 hrs , see no result , and then quite it. So yeah just give it more time.
Also did you make a schedule for this stuff or no?

I do it at night, after I wash my face. Then after I apply the benzoyl peroxide and clindamycin, I use cetaphil moisturizer
