Best flat iron?

I have easily damaged, fine, poofy, wavy hair. My old one doesn't make my hair completely straight (you can still see a few waves no matter how many times I run it through), and damaged my hair waaaay to easily even with a heat protectant. I'm willing to spend some money ($100 at most) but all I'm really looking for is quality (: thanks in advance!
