The basics; Mascara I like the Maybelline pumped up colossal volum'express.
Tinted lip balms Maybelline colour whisper (I think that is the name) or Maybelline baby lips.
Wet n wild has nice looking eyeshadow trios, preferably light shimmery and pinky nude shadows for you're age.
Some blush, very light pink and peachy shades.

I agree with everyone here telling you to keep it light. Mascara, maybe a brow powder and lip stain. You'll be amazed what a difference a tiny bit of brow powder will make. Youre young and beautiful! Don't cover that with makeup!
