I apologize if this is in the wrong category, but I need help!

I have ALWAYS had extremely chapped and cracked lips to where they would bleed and it is an ugh experience. I am not sure if I should exfoliate or just moisturize them more often or what, but I really need help! I will do D.I.Y's, buy products really anything. I just really need help because they are only getting worse and I want them to be better before school.

Thanks lovelys^?^

Best ever! This is my third pack I've bought. It works so so so well. Heals your lips so fast. LOVE IT!! You can get it at Walmart, Rite Aid, CVS, any drugstore.
I highly recommend it!

I use avon dew kiss. it only costs $1 but I would gladly pay $10, it is so moisturizing. I use it EVERY day, and it lasts 3+ months. I have been using it over 8 years

Medicated blistix, especially the one that comes in a white tube. I swear get blistix and put a crapload on before you go to bed, like a ton on, next morning after you rinse it off it should make your lips way better. It always works for me. I think putting a ton on overnight is more beneficial than reapplying a little on throughout the day.

If they are cracked and bleeding, do not exfoliate. Focus on hydration. Usually dry lips are a sign that you aren't getting enough fluids; try and drink more water. Use a medicated balm like Carmex or Aquaphor until they aren't cracked, then use a balm with SPF to protect the delicate new skin from sun damage.

I used to have the same issue. I swear by Carmex, it is my holy grail lip balm.
