I just bought toner today but I am unsure whether I should apply it to my whole face or only certain areas thanks!

You apply it to you're whole face with a makeup pad! Only a small amount, though. It doesn't take much!

Yep what vallerie said. juat apply it to a cotton pad and spread it around your face

I use a cotton pad and apply it first on my t-zone then what's left around my face.
