Theoretically, but the problem with that is that technically they're meant to hold powdery or cream eye products in place, in my experience they're not great at holding onto super creamy lipsticks. Try a lip primer or a clear pencil liner.

Elf has a really cheap one that comes with lip primer and lip plumper! I tried it and loved it.

I'd recommend maybe using concealer instead... I've used that before and although it isn't amazing it isn't horrible either.

I'll honestly have to buy it online. I've only been to one Ulta but they didn't have elf. I'll be going to another Ulta sometime so I'll check there.

My Wal-Mart just added elf about 2 weeks ago, so it may be coming. Ulta will likely not have elf you can order it off elfs website though, and they have more products there than you can find in stores.
