Well BB cream offers light coverage for minor spots. For oily skin, you'd need a matte BB cream :)

Bb cream makes my skin way more oily! It is like a tinted moisturizer and moisturizers make faces oily. Look into a foundation.

I don't have oily skin, but after a few hours of wearing it my face does get a little shiny. But it's awesome for covering up small things!! I like my Maybelline Dream Fresh BB Cream.
