How to French braid?

I watched YouTube tutorials but I can't seem to get it, any tips? I want to do two French braids on each side but its not been working out :(

I really wish I was a good explainer haha. But I don't think there is a way to say it without pictures. Maybe try Pinterest and they could have pictorials? Sorry 😬

Grab three equal sections of hair, cross the left over the middle piece then the right. Okay so that's one braid now with that left piece, before you cross it over add a little piece of hair, then cross it over the middle, then add a piece to the right strand and cross it over the middle. And just repeat that! Just keep adding hair to the outside strands :) I hope it helped!
