DIY cuticle oil?

So,
As a lot of you probably know already I'm trying to grow out my nails. I got some wonderful suggestions to get a cuticle oil. I really can't afford a lot right now in my very tight budget as I'm trying to save for some high end makeup stuff. Do you girls have any suggestions of how to make a cuticle oil?
