Inglot deraline!! Just use your eyeshadow for color ang if you use glitter you can make glitter liner.

Easiest for me was to scrape some pigmented shadow and mix vaseline in with it. Add more vaseline to mixture until you get the consistency you want. The more vaseline you add, the less pigmented itll be so be careful with that.

Use Inglot's Duraline! It makes any eyeshadow much more pigmented, or you can add a few more drops of Duraline and it turns into eyeliner :)
