Layers give volume. I'd recommend long layers bc you can still do a lot with your hair (: I'd trim my hair a little but to keep it healthy and everything else looks good (:

Long layers would look nice :) and maybe change up your bangs! Also if you can, get some subtle highlights! That would look great with your hair color :)
