My biggest tip is doing the comb chase. (But hold the brush or comb)
- take THIN but wide sections
-position your flat iron at the root
-hold your comb or brush in front of it
-glide slowly down the hair shaft
-then go over it again quickly without the comb

I seperated my hair in half. So I flat iron the bottom really well and then I can do the top! It leaves my hair super straight!

Section off your hair a layer at a time. And make sure you are using a good flatiron. Once you get the hang of it, you won't even need a mirror anymore!

I always make sure I dry my hair really straight first, and then layers ate the key!! I sometimes do as much as 5 or 6 layers to make sure I get all the hairs done. that way you will avoid frizzy hair and make it last!!
finish it off with anti humidity spray and you're good to go!!

A quality straightner is one - two make sure your hair is combed through before hand and completely dry before you start - also use heat protection products and go in sections if you have thick hair - my hair is thin and heavy so it's really easy to straighten it especially after I blow it dry it's practically straight already :T.
