Have any of you added mayo to your weekly hair masks?

Traditional mayo is just eggs, oil and vinegar so it probably wouldn't hurt, I might suggest just going DIY and aging oil and egg to your mask and skipping the vinegar though lol.

Honestly it doesn't smell that bad. I do it like once a month. After 5 minutes you don't notice it. If the smell bothers you I suggest using eggs and olive oil, and a vinegar rinse. It's pretty much the same thing. The smell comes off with water, it's never stuck

Sounds interesting. All I have is Kraft Mayo with olive oil in it. Would that be fine or does it have to be all mayo?

Mostly use a brush , -that you use with perms- and dip it in the mayo jar and smear it on your head. Some use eggs and mayo at the same time. But its all healthy!

I usually just grab a spoonful or two and put it in my hair for about an hour or two, depending on how long before I want a shower.

Actually if you do egg yellows and olive oil you don't need to do mayo.
I've done mayo lots of times. its very nice. I love doing it with avocado, makes your hair soo strong.
