Ok so the only thing that has worked to get rid of most of my acne is Irish spring soap and I do a double wash with deep clean by Neutrogena after. I use a Kate Somerville spot treatment and the first aid beauty ultra repair cream.
My point is, is the Irish spring safe for my face? and why does it work on my acne so well?
and on a side note. why do I get cystic spots and how do I get rid of them. Like for a long time.

I'm not entirely sure on any of your questions so I apologize if this is worthless lol. But I've used plenty of acne stuff before and the only stuff that worked without being prescribed to me (can't afford to keep up with my medication) was soap. Like bar soap and hand soap. A lot of people think I'm crazy cause it's not meant for it but I say if it works why not? You know?

If you're wondering if the soap is safe for facial use, look up the ingredients

Here's the thing. If it works to clear your acne, you like it, and you haven't had any adverse reactions, then there is no reason not to use it :)
