This won't help to much but I would remove your nailpolish put some antibacterial thing on it (I can't remember the name you put it on cuts) and put a bandaid over it the last thing you want is for it to get infected.

You should probably visit a doctor, you might have a vitamin deficiency or underlying health issue :-\
as for the nail itself clean with rubbing alcohol and keep covered with a bandaid during the day but let it breath at night so that it can scab. DO NOT get any nail polish remover in the wound as it can absorb into your bloodstream.

Go to the doctor and put Neosporin for now
