I love liquid eyeliner and decided to pick it up because of all the hype...I do not like it at all, IMO, I found it to be overly matte, thick, and cakey. Although it was easy to create a steady line with it, the texture was just awful. When it dried, it looked just that, dry. It had no movement so it got this weird wrinkly look after I blinked my eye a few times.
I don't know if I'm just not using the right technique or if maybe my eyelid isn't as taught as it used to be (although I don't think that's what it is) but I wanted to know you're opinions on this liner and what you think about it or if anyone has any opinions or application tips for it? Also, is it possible this isn't actually the liner that I've been hearing about?

I didn't care for it at all.The wrinkle effect was to obvious, it felt like a face mask on my lids.

I had the same exact problem with it. Like Alma said it was obnoxious. Also, the one I had gotten wasn't matte. It was sooooo obnoxiously shiny and looked terrible over my black shadow. I was headed to work so I had no choice to leave it on..found out the staying power was good though. At the end of my 12hr bartending shift it had not budged at all. Too bad the cons out weigh this pro.

I have the waterproof kind and I love it. No wrinkles, it's smooth and stays on all day. I usually swipe it around the opening to get the excess product off and I'm good.

Mine was the water proof to,I know how to apply the liner it just was not up to par for me and the strange thing is that it kind of stung my lid

I just got that liner a couple days ago. I've only worn it once but I love it. And I love how dark it is. That's the darkest liquid liner I've ever used.

I have it and love it. For me it doesn't cake or go wrinkle fest on me at all. I've grown thru countless tubes of the stuff. Now the waterproof version...that needs to be sent to the bowels of hell!! Stung the mess outta my eyes and took several days to fully remove it. A week later my lids were itchy and flaky mess.

I didn't get the burn either..here's some irony for ya..I'm putting my face on now and it seems I've miss placed my usual KVD liner so I think I have no choice but to use the WW one😒 I'm going to see my idol the lovely Joan Jett here in a bit so at least I know by the end of the concert my liner will not be running down my face lol

It's also something about felt-tip applicators that just don't cut it for me,I've had the worse luck with them irritating my lids.It was a bummer because I like the color I bought it was blue but no dice for me waah waaah waah (charlie brown teacher voice) :/

Traci! it looks so good on you! I wipe off the extra and try to use a light hand but it never looks that good on me lol. I will admit that is has awesome staying power and lately I've been using it to tightline and so far it's ok for that as long as I'm careful. I've used too much before and it stung my eyes so bad lol, but that was my fault. As for winged eyeliner though, its a no go for me. I LOVE the Jesse's Girl pen eyeliner, it works like a dream.

Honestly I have the smudge proof one, and I love it. Wasn't shiny nor wrinkly for me, however it is super matte and hard to come off.
