Ever since I started using a different face wash my neck has done this all the way around! How can I get rid of it? Shall I stop using the face wash,because it may be my spot cream...I'm not really sure! It's dry and flaky but as soon as you put moisturiser on it it goes worse and does this even more than it was before. How can I get rid of it?

Wherever I use the spot cream it is making my skin go red,except my face. On my face I use moisturiser though, shall I use that on my back?

I would stop using it.

If it's itchy, I would use hydrocortisone cream on that.
