I do my own hair because I just do not trust salons with it, too many bad experiences anyways, I am trying to figure out what this is called so I can find a tutorial on how to do it. Is it just blonde with brown lowlights orrr is there an actual name for it.?

See that just seems so easy.!:D but the problem is, my hair is already blonde. I need to add in the darker colors.:/ I'm starting to feel like it's going to be a pain.xD.

Going from bleach blonde to brown could be a pain! Bleach takes the pigment out of hair, therefore, when you want to go brown, you're bleach will seep through it and you'll still be able to see it. For you to have brown hair, that won't fade to blonde, you'll have to dye you're hair brown a few times.. But, you can get brown highlights, it'll look good on you're blonde hair & it'll look pretty much the same!

I had the same problem. I bleached my hair blonde and wanted a multi-dimesional look. It was a bitch! I tried semi-perm colors...no. I tried a color wash hair mask...no. then I just tried another permanent color on my hair after I put on a highlighting cap. It worked decent. best of luck darling!

Just because you have had bad experiences doesn't mean they are all the same. I suggest you do not do this on your own and please seek out a professional. Take the picture with you. If that's the colors you want then tell them that also. I cannot stress how important it is to leave this to professionals only. And for the love of god do NOT buy box hair color from a drugstore.
