I'm confused. I just know the general size for a nose piercing is 18g so yeah. :(

If I were you I would just call back to where you got the piercing done and ask the smallest hoop size, it shouldn't be a problem and it will save you the risk of buying the wrong size rings.

I got mine pierced at a 16 gauge and put a small one in so now it's up to 22.

It's hard to tell via pictures because everyone's nose are different sizes, but I'd say 5/16ths is a safe bet

Look up the gauge and find a translator that will translate the gorg size into diameter
