Can I put waterproof eyeliner on my TOP waterline?? Is that possible? Sorry I've never done it before ðŸ˜±

Yea. Its called tight lining. Pretty sure a lot of people have videos on it on youtube. Just search it up. Good luck!!

You mean liquid? Cause yes I think many people use eyeliner on their top waterline to tighline & make their eyelashes darker :)

Yes you can tightline! Best done with a soft eyeliner pencil. It will define your eyes and lashes, without actually looking like eyeliner.

I actually prefer it with gel. it just gets so close. you're going to blink a lot when you first do it. then your eyes will stop and you'll be able to do it in a moving car! it's great.
