You can use a stippling brush or your fingers. I recommended stila convertible color but you can use nyx cream blush for a cheaper alternative.

NYX and Stila have nice creme blushes, I've always used my fingers to apply it.

I use my fingers :) and I love all the benefit tints, they are liquid so if you don't like that it may not be for you but I find it even more lightweight and long wearing then cream blush. I also like MACs, NYX's, and maybellines.

For pan cream blushes I use a stippling brush and for my tube cheek tints I use my fingers.

NYX, and Stila have some great creme blushes! For a more affordable alternative Maybelline makes their dream bouncy blush! I just use a small stippling brush and pat in on my checks then blend it out with my fingers! :)

Maybelline dream bouncy or L'oreal has some too. I use my fingers or a sponge.
