What is a stippling brush and what does it look like? Is it used for cream blush? what is cream blush how much do you apply and how. what is a cream blush you recommend?

And yes you can use it for cream blush and I recommend the nyx cream blushes

And you just dot it into the product a couple times depending on how much color you want and apply to your cheeks.

This may sound weird but I recommend the love and beauty cream blush from forever 21 it's really pretty and really really pigmented.

Stippling brush is a flat top brush. It's best for applying foundation with it, but I think you can use it for cream blush too.
