If you apply a mattifying powder over a foundation with spf, will it still cause a white-caat and shine in pictures? Also will it work with a dewy finish?

SPF won't necessarily cause a white cast. It depends on the other ingredients like mica and talc I believe. I'm not sure if that's exactly right though.

Probabbly if your doing flash photography.SPF reflects light and that causes the white cast.As far as I know Mica can make your skin feel greasy or break you out but it does not cause white cast.
