I use the urban decay liners. I usually don't sharpen them to the super sharpness since they break after 4 strokes of sharpening them.
I use liquid liner but using pencil is more calming for me hahaha if that makes sense. I feel tense when using liquid liner, but I still do it pretty well.

That's the downside to pencil liners unfortunately :c they're not very precise unless you sharpen them super fine. that's why most people opt for liquid or gel liner when doing looks that require precision.

I like pencils
What I do is correction afterwards
I use cotton buds to thin and elongate my flicks or correct smudges

You can light them wait a few seconds then get an eyeliner brush that helps or you can just brush the pencil on the brush so it gets colors.

Try using a gel eye liner with a "eyeliner brush" ill try to post a pic of the brush. You don't have to have a steady hand to create a great thin line! It's amazing.
