I feel that this depends entirely on what you consider perfect. My favorite mascara is the Per-fekt Lash Perfection Gel. It's very black, very smooth, it has a skinny wand so it's great for separation and doesn't clump, it's a nourishing formula, so it doesn't ruin your lashes like other mascaras, and it's just all around wonderful.
