You can make a diy sea salt spray in a squirt bottle.
Its really simple, and the same ingredients as other beach wave sprays but much cheaper! :)

If you DYI it's not the same ingredients and you're just spraying salt water into your hair making it dry out and damage fast

You can add the same exact ingredients as other products, I don't see how it would make it any more damaging. But if you are interested in diy sprays, pinterest has a few, and the one I'm currently using has had NO damage or negative effects on my hair. It contains Sea Salt, Coconut Oil, and Conditioner :)

I like the not your mothers sea salt spray - if you follow the instructions n spray it on wet hair it doesn't dry sticky to me.

I made my own with water, sea salt and conditioner. I love the effect and it actually smells amazing because you have to love the smell of your own conditioner, right?
