I'm with Condy! Waterproof mascara, otherwise you will sweat it off. Powder foundation. Maybe do a really subtle color of eyeliner? I have this olive color from MUFE Aqua Eyes that I love.
And I swear, girl, you better wear a high SPF sunscreen and REAPPLY! You've got a beautiful milky complexion, but that means you must burn like a mother.

Glad I realized it said my name was Condy and not Cindy x3 I would try to waterproof everything but that's just me because I know I sweat a lot at concerts. And don't forget the deo. As far as hair you can always curl it and pull it half up and you get the best of both worlds.
