How can you tell if you're a warm, cool or neutral undertone?

From the color of your veins (on hands). if they look blue youre a cool undertone. if it looks grreen then warm. if you can't really tell then neutral. hope you understand (English not my first language) :D.

Cool is a blue undertone, neutral is a yellow undertone, warm I have no clue. Haha sorry

Loon at your veins. I find on me it's most easy to tell in my hands or on my wristS. Blue veins are a cool or pink undertone while green is a warm or pink undertone. Those who see both or can't tell what color they are can be a neutral tone. That's a little bit harder to find foundation for but you an go to the makeup counter and get matched whether you know your undertone or not. If you know your undertone then finding a foundation at say, a drugstore is a little easier.
