Pictorial or Video Tutorial?

Hi! So I have a makeup blog where I post a few pictorials, but I've been thinking of uploading video tutorials. But I'm doubtful and hesitant to.

What do you prefer? Pictorials or Video Tutorials on youtube? What are the pros and cons of each?

I like both but they have to be high quality. If your video quality is poor and your photos are better then go for pictorials but if your video quality is good then try videos.

I also think pictorials work better for simpler looks so I'd suggest videos if you plan on demonstrating very complicated ones.

Pictorials are good for the more simple things but if you have more complex tutorials then you might want to post video tutorials. Just make sure that you can understand all of the steps on both. :)
