No I don't think so!? Yikes I'm not sure though!! I don't remember my dentist saying anything about that just getting braces I'am gonna need them for 2 years though!!

The only thing that hurts is the clipping off of the bracets. Do you need a plate??

Just got mine off and they feel great. Dosent take long nor hurt and well worth it.

All you guys with braces, keep your heads up! I had them for two awful never-ending years, but the end result is seriously worth it. My smile is one of my favorite features now :D You'll be thankful for the months of torturous train tracks when its all over, trust me.
