There's a water diet and basically all you do is drink water for a week. I tried it and lost 5lbs in that week. Each day you have to pick one health food.. Whether its a fruit or vegetable. It worked!

A workout buddy is really helpful too :) they keep you on track and will nag you about working out on days you feel like skipping a routine

Try out tons and tons of different things! Working out can and should be fun!
Setting small goals for yourself is helpful too. Aim for five pounds at a time or two or three workouts a week at the beginning. Etc

High five, girl. I hate working out, but I have to say after a half an hour session of cardio, you do feel much better. Maybe instead of running or anything too high-intensity, trying walking? As long as you move about and cut down your calorie intake, you will lose something. Eat in moderation! Clean eating!

I hate working out too! Do low carb (like 20-30 a day). I lost 160 lbs doing that with minimal exercise.

Maybe try doing something fun like Zumba. It's a fun way to get you moving. Also eat healthy.

im really lazy when it comes to working out nd I dont like to sweat, I just hate working out period lol but im still holding onto baby weight and with the holidays I probably gained a little smh what could I do to lose ummm say 30 lbs?
