I think the two places you should look for good cream is probably target or Walmart, of you can't get rid of them with cream, ask your doctor! Hope they get removed! 😁😳

Exfoliate and use a sulfur based cleanser or tea tree cleanser to help dry up sebum and clear the skin.

I went to the derm & they told me to NOT touch them no matter what! It only makes things worse girl yes you may want to get all that crud out & get rid of it but if you pop it it will scar. So if you just wash your face & moisturize & not touch it it will go away, trust me I used to pop them & I got VERY bad scars all over my face but since I've started listening to my derm I've gotten better, you could also just go & get a face wash with benzoyl peroxide in it or just get some acne medication from your doctor
