For the past few days my skin has been getting increasingly irritating and dry. My skin is very sensitive but has never done this before. Dose anyone have any tips to help my skin to calm down.

Whereabouts is the dry skin, what does it look like, and how does it feel?

Have you changed anything in your routine? Used a new face or makeup product, a new hair product, new laundry detergent? Maybe come in contact with someone else who wears products different than you? It sounds like your skin is reacting to something. Find the source of the irritation, don't just blindly attempt to treat it.
If it gets worse, see a doctor. Nobody here is qualified to diagnose and you don't want to risk irritating it further.

Try coconut oil before bed? apply it and buff with wet wash cloth works wonders.
