You use it on your entire face, a thin layer then let it dry and apply moisturizer start using it once a day if you experience dryness cut it back to every other day.i no it says affected area but it will prevent breakouts and exfoliate so I would use it all over if your acne prone

Traci!! I'm loving your new default pic girl! But Mariana I agree with traci you can use it all over your face - I use a BHA exfoliator by PC and use it all over my face after I tone and before I apply any spot treatments then apply moisturizer.
