Maybe a cat, or a vampire? Really anything could be made "sexy" if you change how you do the look. Some people even do "sexy" zombies. Maybe go on YouTube or Google some pictures for inspiration.

I'm really liking the deer idea! you can wear a brown dress or brown and neutral clothes that are really cute with cute uggs or fluffy boots!

Well if you don't want cliché, you could always go like a doll. I don't know if you find a doll cliché? I personally don't. I have never seen anyone dressed like a doll during Halloween. But I also haven't ever celebrated it hehe. But I think a hot doll isn't very cliché. Plus, there are so many types of dolls!
