What to do to my skin?

During the winter my skin gets dry even if I wear the lotion I wear...and the area of my mouth gets the most dry and it's really irritating...what should I do?

If you're meaning like a regular lotion, then no. only use products that are meant for the face. agree with trying a thicker cream moisturizer such as cetaphil.

CeraVe dry is the bomb. After an hour, I seal it that moisture in with Jojoba or Rosehip oil while I sleep. During the day (before make up) I'd use CeraVe AM and after it soaks in, use a hydrating primer. You can also dab some Argan Oil (light) on any dry areas after make-up..with very little product and your fingertips. I nevah use powder in winter. If you feel the need to, consider a light dusting of Mineral Veil.
My fav cream for the face is Algenist Genius cream. You need only a blueberry amount for your entire face, but it is $100.
