So the corner or my eyes are sometimes teary and every time I apply gel liner it will last for awhile but through out the day since my eyes are watery it will tend to smear it. Here's a pic.

I've used mac and Clinique and bobby brown they all smudge once my eyes gets watery. Any suggestions?

I would try something waterproof, or maybe wax based pencil (Not 100% sure if it would stay but wax is water-resistant) 💕

The gel liners claim to be waterproof already but thanks.

I suggest Inglot 77 gel or UD 24/7 pencil. They are my favorites for lasting power.

I have the same problem!! My eyes started getting real watery a few years ago especially in the spring time when all the pollen is in the air(also I live in AZ so allergies are always bad!!) and it was so frustrating!! So I went on a hunt to find the perfect waterproof smudge proof liquid liner (I'm not much of a gel liner girl so I don't know of any wp/sp ones) I tried SO many!! Smashbox, maybelline, loreal, Milani and so many others!! The one that I found to work best is Kat Von D's tattoo liquid liner (it's in a pen form), I also always set my liner with black eyeshadow for extra staying power. Stila stay all day liquid liner is also good, not as good as KVD but still good and I like that it comes in a lot of different colors. I also like Urban Decays 24/7 liquid liner, it lasts pretty good too. It is not a felt tip, its like the traditional liquid liners -it has a brush. So depending in how comfortable you are with liquid liner, would be the only downfall. ***setting your liner with shadow is very important!! MUFE has a liquid liner and cream shadows that could be used as a shadow, base or liner and they are supposed to be really waterproof, smudge proof. Idk for sure I've never tried either of them, but I do plan on trying it. I hope this helps!! 😃

When I'm crying with makeup on then I try to draw the tears to my tear ducts by applying pressure with my finger and then if I have tissue on hand just using that to collect the water it usually keeps everything in place and doesn't smear the stuff on the outer corner this way.

Not that you were crying but it might help.
