Hey!!
I was thinking about dying my hair (naturally) in kind of a reddish glow... Like on the picture. The natural color of my hair is light brown and it's lighter at the bottom (the sun just bleaches it a little). I want to do something new with my hair, without damaging it. It's quite long and I like it this way, and I have to go to the hairdresser to cut a little bit of the bottom and because my hair is layered (and the hairdresser I went to last time ruined my layers completely) I want the hairdresser to layer them again. Any ideas? And should I do the red thing? (more like strawberry blonde or auburn I think). I don't want the length to change much.
Sorry for the ugly picture, but it's the best way to see my hair...

I think your hair is a gorgeous color, no need to change it. If thats what you want then definitely go for it tho! :)

Your hair is beautiful!!
although if you want a change I totally get it ;) you can choose a veggie/ammonia free hair dye which will give you the effect you want without damaging it or you can use henna- I used to dye my hair with it and I loved it! it gives the hair a pretty shade and actually makes it healthier.
if you want to lighten your hair non of the options above will work.. you will need to bleach it which is not necessarily horrible if it's done right but it is damaging.
as for the hair cut I think that cutting off a bit of the ends and layering will look lovely :)

See a professional. You will not need to bleach it.

Henna, vegetable and metallic dyes are not bad for your hair if it is all you are ever going to use. However, if you decide you want to change the color they are very VERY bad. Especially if you want to go lighter.

But see a professional, with that much hair you'll want to.

You should dye it! Love the color from the lighting. Just make sure you don't get any orangey undertones :)
