There is no true way to repair your hair since hair is dead cells and no longer gets nutrients once it comes out the scalp. There are ways to make it look less damaged like doing oil treatments with coconut oil and doing hair masks. But if none of these techniques works, you may have to cut your hair to remove damage. Sorry hun and good luck.

I think the first thing to do would be to cut the damaged hair off to prevent any split ends splitting further up the shaft and so on.
Then focus on keeping your hair healthy. Avoid dye for a while, minimum heat with a good heat protector, healthy balanced diet, etc...
It sounds like your hair is pretty damaged so I'd go for the chop now and then grow it healthier.

It's only a few patches on the top back of my head && the very front but it's elastic in this middle of my hair so it's going to need cutting down to the wood if cutting it's the only option lol.
Don't think I'm prepared to do that 😕 what an absolute idiot I am && to make matters worse I absolutely HATE my perm 😪 x

Sorry girl but my hair has been like that too from when I was new to bleaching and let me just say, a haircut will really be the only thing that helps. Keep In mind, your hairdresser will get scissor crazy cutting it off so if you don't want them cutting heaps off, let them know beforehand. You could wait a few months, with good haircare and hair oils it won't be as noticable and you should be able to manage it again without it snapping off. Don't brush your hair while it's wet, use your fingers to run through your hair while your conditioning it to get rid of most of any knots (if you get any) and afterwards you could use a wide toothed comb brushing from the bottoms up to avoid any more breakage. Personally I like argon oil for my hair after every wash, also don't put your hair up in tight hairstyles, you could try loosely braiding your hair at night time and see if that helps.

Hm my hair was elasticy once after the first time I ever tried to bleach it with no clue what I was doing in high school 😖 I had to cut it, since it was like straw when it dried. How's the texture when it's dry?

Pick up a Wet Brush and the Pravana Nevo shampoo, conditioner and leave in spray. (Ulta) That's a great place to start. Reduce your washings with a dry shampoo and I'd increase my Iron, B and E/Omega3 intake. Rinse with cooler water and dry only partially on a cooler setting...never sleeping with it wet.

(Extra Virgin Cold Pressed coconut oil makes a great hair mask...applied only to shaft for a few hours.)
