I have a demo interview scheduled at Sephora. This is my fourth and final interview. I AM EXTREMELY EXCITED I MIGHT DIE! But of course I am insanely nervous. I know I can make a great makeup look. Just more interested in dialogue I should be having during demo. Do they provide makeup and brushes or should I bring my own kit...etc.

You don't have to bring your own kit or brushes. Everything will be provided to you. They really look at hygiene standards so make sure everything is always sanitized and neat. They also want you to teach your client while doing their makeup that way they are able to recreate the look when they get home. You will want to always engage your client and just get to know them and keep a conversation going. Once you're done with the makeup application they will want to see how you sell each product to the client. Use words like "this is a must have product to recreate this look"and things like that.
