Hello!
First things first- I have light skin, very light freckles on my cheek area that can be covered with enough makeup. They're my biggest insecurity so I take the time to cover them every day before school..I also hate how my skin isn't tan so I usually layer dark and light powder to get the skin tone I like! But I find that by the end of the day, my foundation looks awful and makes my face really oily. I use 2-3 pumps of loreal lumi foundation over my freckles and then 2 layers of powder on my face. (Ones covergirl, the other is a high-end brand)
Any suggestions on how to not get such cakey, oily makeup? It usually starts getting pretty oily in the T-zone a couple hours after applied. Thank you so much.

Maybe its because youre layering too much makeup on to try and change the look of your natural face. a lot of people wish they had freckles and, coming from a person who is naturally tan, it's not that big of a deal to be tan. not being rude, but I always wish I had a lighter skin tone. be happy with the way you look :)

First of all if you don't want your makeup to be oily and you want higher coverage than switch foundations because what you're using is dewy and light coverage. I would not layer that much powder on cuz that is what is making you cakey. Use some bronzer around your face to warm it up.
