Find a good eye cream that works for you and use a concealer. maybe try watching wayne goss's video about concealer application, it really helped me :)

It's partly because the skin under your eye is thinner (as you said), you aren't getting enough sleep and the skin probably isn't moisturized well enough. Cucumbers and green tea bags can help, freeze them and put them on your eyes for probably 15-20 minutes and it should help :) and just investing in a good concealer (green concealer for redness and yellow tones can help cover darkness)

Skin is the thinnest under the eye for everyone. Yours may be thinner than most but your not alone ha. If your having issues with it and health wise your doing everything you can to help it, it may just be genetic. I would try using a hydrating eye cream and a good concealer, set with a light powder.
