So my sister and I both wanna get some makeup from MAC but neither of us have ever set foot in the store. Help?

What do you think is the best foundation MAC has? Just a good foundation that lasts, covers and feels and looks good? Same with concealer??

It really depends on your skin type, I think. I have studio fix which is what they recommended for my combination skin, but I've had the bottle for more than five years and its still half full if that tells you how much I like it. It never did any of the promised things for me, like lasting 8 hours or blurring pores. It takes two coats to cover my redness and at that point it's looking cakey, I think. I tried using it again last week and was reminded of how much I don't love it.

I've never bought a Mac foundation (I know my sister has and really liked it but I forget which one it was) but I just thought I'd chime in and make the point that Mac's system of foundation colors is weird.
Like "NW" means neutral warm but it actually has a pink undertone which is considered cool toned in most other foundation shades. So the way I think of it is NW is "not warm" and NC is "not cool".
I don't know if any of that made sense or if maybe you already knew that already but if your buying foundation from Mac it's good to know their undertone system is different from most places :)
