Brown eyes are very versatile, they look good with pretty much any color. I personally like purple, gold, and copper/bronze on my brown eyes.

Most shades look good on brown eyes, but I'm a huge fan of blues and purples for them :) the Kat Von D Chrysalis palette may work for you, or if you prefer neutrals I really like cool toned neutrals on brown eyes so maybe the Naked 2 (unfortunately I don't own that one so I can't really help further than saying cool neutrals look pretty with brown eyes). If you like both, the new Kat Von D Innerstellar palette is my most recent favorite, it has 2 purple shades, one pale blue shade, and the rest are neutrals and are either grey or brown. It's just so gorgeous I can't even explain. I've been wearing it for the last few days nonstop, too, so I'm definitely being honest when I tell you that it is my love.

Any color looks great with Brown eyes but the most neglected color that many don't use is burgundy that color is the up most beautiful color for Brown eye's wether it's in shadow or eyeliner, mascara. :-)

Oh Alma, you're right. I wore a maroon type of gradient eye for Halloween and boy did that look so pretty on my brown eyes! you're right!

I agree with Alma! I love the look of burgundy on brown eyes! If I wore eyeshadow, I'd wear burgundy! I've been on the look out for a nice burgundy eyeliner, though.
