I am a Head Start teacher by day and a stylist by night...needless to say, my hands are a dry horrible mess!!!! I need a "sure fire" way to soften these bad boys up!!!
Only thing that worked on mine (which stuck like Velcro to material! Awful state!) was Boo Boo Mummy body creme (?). Totally fixed them. They were cracking & the cracks were black!
Are you US or UK? I found it on Amazon.co.uk but I'm sure if you Googled it there'd be a retailer who would ship to you. I've wasted soooo much money on hand stuff :-O It's the only one I'd buy again.
One thing that worked great for me when I was young was slathering my hands in Vaseline, putting gloves on, and going to sleep. Once you wash off the excess in the morning, your hands feel lovely :)
True Blue spa Shea Butter Cashmere from Bath and Body Works. Inexpensive, but highly effective! I'm an RN and constantly washing or sanitizing my hands, needless to say, I feel your pain. This product smells heavenly too
